pizza, Less than 30 minutes after eating before I was sick. Started as gas, severe stomach cramps, sweating, hot then cold, nausea, metallic taste in my mouth, diarrhea and vomiting. It was fairly short in duration - 30-45 minutes total with ~6 vomits to expel all the food.
