Purchased smithfield salami from here. Ate a sandwich last night with lettuce, spinach, pickles, etc. so I was unable to pinpoint what was causing the problem. Ate a plain salami sandwich this morning and felt stomach pain, nausea, and had diarrhea hours later. Have not had any dairy or alcohol.
