I only ate ONE item...vanilla ice-cream with hot fudge sundae. Within an hour and a half, I was bent over double with gas and diarrhea and now, 6 hours later, my stomach is still cramping. I KNOW it was this sundae because that was the ONLY thing I had eaten all day.
