Back in November 19,2022 I ate some contaminated calamari, This was on a Saturday night same symptoms you are having. Ended in the E.R. 0n Tuesday afternoon. Blood culture positive for E-Coli. My major organs were failing had to be defibrillated 4x my blood was septic almost lost my life. After a week in the hospital and having my gallbladder removed due it being riddled of gangrene my life has changed 180 degrees.
You only have 1 life go to the E.R.!

Contact the Restaurant of Hotels and Restaurants they will conduct a food inspection and food prep areas.

Do they use the same seafood company as Donatello’ restaurant 232 N. Dale Mabry Tampa Fl. 33609.
Ate some contaminated calamari ended up with e-coli and was admitted to TGH . Same symptoms vomiting, black diarrhea 2 days into it I was taken to TGH. In the hospital for 1 week. Gallbladder riddled with gangrene which had to be removed.

Welcome to my world, it has been over 2 years trying to get this case resolved.
I was a Project Manager for a multi million dollar custom home company here in South Tampa. My gallbladder had to be removed to gangrenous cholecystits. Had to voluntarily resign from my position due to not being able to keep up with the physical demands of my position. I currently on proton inhibitors and antacids and a special diet due to a condition called GERD. My life did a complete 180, this incident is a life changer.
