12/3/23 Ate a can of spaghetti and meatballs a couple of hours ago, started getting intense cramps and had to go to the bathroom. I have diarrhea, nausea, and now vomiting I am currently sitting in my bathroom floor contemplating sleeping in here. My nose is bleeding from how hard I’m throwing up.
