Had a milkshake at 5pm on 4/12/22. Woke up at 3am with nausea, gas, acid stomach and extreme diarrhea every 30 min for a few hours. 11am and still nauseous, low back pain, gassy, acidic stomach. Am keeping down electrolytes. Heart rate elevated and generally miserable feeling.
