Thursday, October 27, 2016 ate cheese whopper and small onion fries around 5:30 pm. Friday at 6:00 am vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, headache. Could not get out of bed except to visit the bathroom. Today is Sunday, October 30th still feeling sick in stomach and headache.
