I had Texas Roadhouse for lunch to celebrate my birthday and shortly after was extremely sick for three days to the point where I had to call out of work and had to use the bathroom 4-5 times an hour. I had a 6oz sirloin medium rare, loaded mashed potatoes, and green beans.
