i'm a strict carnivore, i cook, eat, and even sometimes gut meat (when i hut). that's not chicken, it's either beef or pork. Chicken does not look like this even when it is udercooked or raw...the grain is much different. i'm guessing it's pork just because of the amount of fattiness but idk. i'm guessing they just served you the wrong kind of meat...which is still a pretty big mistake but at least it's not what i ran into recently with butcherbox - truly rancid meat, food poisoning and fever for a week because i chanced a funny-smelling something i shouldn't have.
