Fancy Nancy on a salad. After I ate the meal I noticed I didn’t have a appetite i didn’t think nothing of it but the next day I still didn’t eat anything and about 11 am my stomach started feeling weird and I began having severe diarrhea and vomiting and I am still having diarrhea and vomiting
