Ate a half of a #13 sandwich around noon. The next morning, sick as can be. Vomiting & severe stomach cramps with diarrhea.

Don’t distinguish any of your symptoms with food poisoning. Normal food poisoning does not occur within the tine frame you exhibited symptoms, although something you ate prior to Taco Bell, could have caused the reaction.
