Ate a filet -o-fish combo at 12:15 pm March 6 and started feeling nauseous about an hour after I ate. Had multiple episodes of diarrhea, nausea, chills and fever. 24 hours later still only able to sip liquids, no solid food. Dr says food poisoning.
