I became very unwell with fever, delirium, vomiting and bloody diarrhoea 48h after my flight on 8/7/23. I was subsequently diagnosed with Shigella infection and was informed by public health that there had been a local outbreak linked to the flight. Emirates are yet to respond to my complaint.
