My friend and I had a Reese's extreme brownie and fries and both woke up the next day feeling ill. I had nausea, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea while she had nausea and abdominal cramps. Today I still have abdominal cramps with a headache as does she, along with having a fever of 100.4 this morning.
