I had a slice of Costco pepperoni pizza (from Kapolei Costco) around 8 pm and began experiencing stomach pains a few hours later. I went to sleep, but woke up at 3 am with nausea and diarrhea. It's now 6 pm and I have a fever of 100 degrees.
