I went out to eat at 9:15 pm and got a Grand Mac with a medium fries and a medium shamrock shake. I felt fine even when I was falling asleep. Then I wake up at 3:50 am with nausea and pain in my tailbone area. I go to the bathroom and then I have diahrea and vomit, and then I feel better.
