Drank an Ice Capp and within 1 hour I was nausea, abdominal cramping, had diarrhea and was vomiting. 12 hours later and I still have nausea and abdominal pain. I can't keep anything down. I spoke to a nurse and if I am not better in a few days I will see my doctor.
