I had 2 fish tacos with black beans and chips w/ side of queso at 2 PM on 10/18/21. By 5 PM on the same day I had diarrhea, projectile vomiting, chills, fever, weakness, dizziness. Symptoms persisted x 24 hrs. Curiously I had 2 fish tacos on Sunday 10/17 and did not get ill.
