I'm not sure if it was Double double burger from In-N-Out in Encinitas or it could have been a McDouble from McDonald's at Nobel and Genesee, UTC. All I know is I had a very sharp stomach pain that felt like an internal stabbing then vomit and diarrhea since 12 a.m.
