Saturday January 29, 2021, I got a turkey with provolone. I am questioning the lettuce. I was the only one sick. 4 hours after eating I got nauseous and then all night I was vomiting and diarrhea. I am on day two and terrible headache and can’t get out of bed from being so dehydrated
