I'm experiencing really bad diarrhoea, stomach pain and low body temperatures (less than 35.5 degrees). Visited Saona Island on Wed 19th, started feeling unwell the day after. Unclear on where I got it but could be on Saona Island.
My partner is not experiencing this, the only different food I ate was eggplant/aubergine. Did you have this by any chance?
