On May 10th I bought Ben and Jerry’s Phish food ice cream and consumed it around 9:40 pm. The caramel was so bitter and did not taste how it normally does. I woke up around 12 pm vomiting in bed. Have severe stomach pain and nausea and continued vomiting.
