Vomiting, Diarrhea & Nausea - Myself and my husband got sick, we had the veggie burrito bowl which included black beans brown rice fajita veggies corn and tomato salsa lettuce and guacamole the guacamole and lettuce looked bad not fresh 2 got sick, symptoms started 12 hrs after exposure
