I got the new broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and the new bbq chicken sandwich for dinner. It’s now 1am and I have been on the toilet for the past hour with the most painful stomach cramps and diarrhea that is almost 100% liquid and it burns terribly. I am crying from the pain
