Saturday 26th may I think it was a chicken oval sandwich from greggs Feel ill around 12 hours after I ate half the sandwich. Severe body aches, fever and high heart rate.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
