After eating chowmein beef teriyaki noodles last week I had bad diarrhea with blood. I eat some more on Monday night not knowing what had caused the first case and again in 72 hrs my stomach cramping with diarrhea and black stool. I had considered going to the ER the first time. It was horrible.
