Cheese pizza and cheese sticks, Ate a pizza from here the only thing I ate for the night and next day hugging the toilet for hours and stomach/lower abdominal pains. Girlfriend got a fever and nausea with my symptoms as well. Lasting 8 hours after eating the pizza till 2 days later.
