On 2/22/25, I bought and consumed a few bites of a large Costco rotisserie chicken. I had violent vomiting and liquid diarrhea for 1&1/2 to 2 days afterward. I suspect the chicken was too large to reach a safe cooking temperature by the technique used at Costco.
