Equate keto shakes from there I was the only one to drink it. I took maybe 3 drinks before I instantly felt intense stomach pain (less than 5 mins). I felt dizzy and nauseous. I stood up to walk to the bathroom and I threw up and then had diarrhea, all within 30 minutes after taking a few drinks
