lets see: aldi, schnucks, publix, great value, and good&gather, and more. just like usual! would we rather pay $3 less, and get metal fragments in our cheese, or pay $3 more, and significantly reduce the risk of such contamination? like i always say, "the high cost of low price" - you get what you pay for.
so, at least when it comes to this type of cheese, its the same whether i buy it as boar's head from a nicer grocery store or if i buy it as member's mark from sams club. ICK. boars head seems like a better cheese but i guess ive been brainwashed hard. good to know. this is the part of the reason ive signed up for iwaspoisoned.com and never looked back. its really opened my eyes. thanks to this site for existing and keeping up with reports. youre doing an incredible thing.
curious why we are not allowed to know who the source is. i was going to get milk soon from a local place. didnt know they even exist around here until the other day when i heard about realmilk.com and found sources all over the STL area and also sparta and carlyle. so it would be nice to know before i go.
agreed. it helps to buy local whenever possible, which some small businesses in my area do. the more they do, the more powerful "our" side becomes. unfortunately they are small numbers... for now.
seriously ppl, stop buying j**k at walmart and kroger. they literally dont give a single care about their little customers- they only want massive profits, even after stuff like this happens. they prob enjoy our suffering, too. BOYCOTT THE BIGGEST CORPS and maybe our lives can really change. think what would happen if aldi, walmart, kroger, target, and the other hugest names lost just 40% of their usual profits due to our boycott. what a difference it would make. instead ppl like to just complain about the wrongdoings out there and then STILL give their money to their enemies!! stop the cycle, YOUR DOLLARS ARE YOUR VOTES!!!!!!

both ideas are a step in the right direction. i can do what youre saying, while still avoiding the brands whose business ethics i abhor.

Food Safety Report: Organic Rancher Ground Beef recalled due to E. coli Risk
thank you. guess the owners are more okay with poop than antibiotics ending up in the meat. im sure they dont eat it themselves, anyway.
now the question is, how does e.coli get into it?
