Dark chicken rotisserie meal with mashed potatoes and corn as sides (drive through). Ate the meal around 9pm on Monday, May 7, 2018. Began feeling nauseated around 3am. Subsequent symptoms included terrible diarrhea, fatigue, headache, and severe abdominal pain.
