Cheese quesadilla. Symptoms started around 5 hours after eating. Woke up to terribly dizzy feeling and vomited in toilet. Then had it coming out the other end. I'm currently shaking on the bathroom floor of my hotel and can't even keep down water but have a flight to catch tomorrow
