Ate turkey thyroid sandwich at 6:00 p.m.. by 7:00 p.m. had sharp shooting pains in abdomen. Pain quickly grew an intensity. At 7:30 had nausea quickly followed by projectile vomiting of sandwich. Afterward although still rattled, stomach quickly settled.
