Today, Cinnamon toast crunch I got sick last week from the same cereal but didn't realize it was from that until I get sick again today from eating it. I have/had headache and muscle pain and today bleeding from rectum. I looked up my symptoms and they are all symptoms of Salmonella poisoning.
