Happy meal fries Son, 2, ate a 6 piece nugget happy meal w/ fries and apples slices around 6pm on 12/2/2020. Seemed fine until 1:30am when he began throwing up chunks of chewed up fries. Also blood had begun to mix in with the vomit. So far only one child seems to be affected.
