I have had constant diarrhea since my flight which landed on Tuesday. Departure 9:00 from Islamabad and landing 6:25 at Gatwick via Dubai. There were 2 aircrafts, not sure which was the culprit. Symptoms stated as soon as I arrived home at approximately 9pm
