Food poisoning Eating a big Mac and fillet of fish around 1:30 PM. 1 person ate. 1 person got violently sick that started with a knot in stomach shortly after eating. Violent vomiting began early evening that was continuous until 6 am the following day. 15-20 violent vomit sessions.
