Flight from Doha to LHR in business class. Ate lobster mac and cheese, 30/40 mins later felt really unwell. Nausea, stomach pains, diarrhoea - progressed to vomiting later in the evening. Tingling in my hands which is associated with shellfish poisoning fish poisoning.
