Double quarter pounder with cheese. Woke up in the middle of the night severe stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever. This lasted around 5 hours until I fell asleep again. Chills and fever all day since. Ground beef might be the worst thing to throw up in my opinion.
