Purchased steak and provolone cheese 6 inch wheat flatbread with tomato, onion, green pepper, banana pepper, mayo & spicey mustard. Purchased Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018. Symptoms of heavy bloating, nausea, lower abdominal pain, and diarrhea the following day through Wednesday.
