Sick after eating, vomiting, diarrhea. Next day, deathly ill, called 911, transported to ER by ambulance. Confirmed colitis by CAT scan caused by toxin ingestion. When i was there, there was no toilet paper and only ONE sink had soap in dispenser. Worst two days of my life, bar none!!
