My husband ate fish at the Tikal buffet on Tuesday, April 19th at around 3:15pm (close to closing time). He had one bite and knew something wasn’t quite right so didn’t finish it. Wednesday, April 20th at around 7pm he started feeling pretty sick and within the hour was projectile vomiting.
