Not sure, I am a vegetarian so not sure. But was very ill all weekend starting Thursday night of last week., Thirsday felt run down and went to bed early but mever really slept in pain from the cramping in my abdomin, very painful. Sweats and fever. Lasted 3 days, today fell off but on the mend
