Ordered a pepperoni and ground beef pizza with cheese bread and lava cake and ate it around 9 30 PM. Noticed small stomach cramping and gas until I woke up at around 3AM and had bad diarrhea and vomiting. Its now 4AM and I'm still experiencing stomach pain and nausea
