Went to Chipotle on Saturday, July 15th. Ate a chicken/steak burrito bowl. That evening I started vomiting and vomited all night and on Sunday morning. Went to hospital and they gave me IV fluids for my severe dehydration and morphine for pain. Prescribed meds for me to take at home.
