August 14th 8:30pm Ordered Chicken sandwich paired with the frosted strawberry lemonade , the night of 08/13/18 I had severe nausea ,chills ,headache ,fever ,dizzy and diarrhea.hasn’t gotten better , 4am 08/16/18 I am now checked into Kaiser for severe food poisoning from this chick fil A
