I woke up choking on my own vomit in the middle of the night. I’ve been vomiting and have had diarrhea all day. I ordered a bowl with steak, brown rice, mild salsa, guac, black beans and lettuce. I ate at about 2pm and got sick around midnight so about 10 hrs for symptoms.
