Ordered online for pickup from Chipotle at 12:15pm Friday. I got a chicken burrito bowl, chips, and guacamole. Shortly after I got a bad stomach ache. As time went on my ailment worsened. I developed a fever, chills, nausea, severe diarrhea, fatigue, and dehydration. I also have had no appetite.
