Confirmed Salmonella Gastroenteritis. Started day 5, we only ever ate at the hotel. Symptoms: temperatures over 38.5; early vomiting; profuse diarrhoea, headache, and myalgia. Lasted 8 days. Confirmed on stool culture once back in the UK. GP confirmed either from the buffet or poor pool-cleaning.
