I am from Philadelphia and I had my 8-year-old son at the hospital on March 30th of 2022 his symptoms started on March 27th 2022 vomiting diarrhea nausea I took him to the hospital and they didn't know what was wrong and diagnosed him with gastroenteritis the only thing different that he ate were Lucky charms. I really hope that is not what caused that and it lasted over a week he could not even hold down a teaspoon of water 😥
